Spring Brunch!
Local Chef, Peter Brown, returns to the Estate by popular demand for our Spring Brunch celebration. Each course will have multiple small production wines from our Estate to pair along side your meal. This event is limited to 24 guests and will sell out quickly.

MENU:
* Amuse Bouche *
– Dungeness Crab Rangoon, spicy plum dipping sauce.
* Sides, family style *
– Roasted Spring Vegetables with romesco.
– Baby romaine, carrots, and cucumber salad with Green Goddess – dressing.
– Warm Focaccia with pesto.
* Main (plated, choose 1) *
– Seared salmon with Meyer Lemon, caper, and dill beurre blanc with potato, artichoke, and leek gratin.
– OR –
– Rosé marinated Spring Lamb and olive Crepinette with sauce verte, with potato, artichoke, and leek gratin.
* Dessert *
– Local Strawberry Shortcake buttermilk biscuits, whipped creme fraiche, dulce de leche.
