Back by popular demand, Chef Peter Brown brings his incredible talents and love of Asian cuisine along side our small production Estate Wines, by steaming up some of his favorite Dumpling recipes for our debut of ‘Dumplings & Bordeaux’.
Only $15 per person for Wine Club members (club terms apply). Discount applied at check out. Reservations are non refundable and have 1.5 hour max time limit for your visit.
Each guest receives…
(1) Dungeness Crab Rangoon with spicy plum sauce
(1) Pork and Shrimp (mixed) Shu Mai with black vinegar dipping sauce
(1) Sticky Rice in Lotus Leaf with king trumpet mushrooms, bamboo shoots, spring onions, and radish pickle (vegan) with soy-mustard sauce on the side.
Seating is limited and will indeed sell out soon, book now!
Please note that this experience has a maximum time allotment (start to finish) of 90 minutes from the start time of your confirmed reservation time.
Please note that this is a communal event and you may be seated with other guests.
