Join the Club

Membership Policies

  • The customization/club edit window opens ~2 weeks before billing.
  • All changes to billing and/or address information must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the billing of member’s account.
  • Additional fees apply for all shipment re-routes or reshipment of returned packages.
  • Club shipments occur each February, April, June, September & November. If you would like to skip a month (max of one skip per year to retain active member benefits) please let our team know as soon as possible.
  • We are currently able to ship to all states in the US, with the exception of Utah. If you live in one of those states, please contact our team to inquire about alternative arrangements.
