The Five Course Wine and Food Pairing
Friday on the hour at 1pm, 2pm, and 3pm.
Saturday and Sunday on the hour at 11am, 12pm, 1pm, 2pm, and 3pm.
Michel-Schlumberger's Executive Chef, Michael Pryor, has created an amazing Wine Country-inspired tasting menu to pair with wines from our estate vineyards. The chef himself will personally come out to spend time with you and discuss why each course pairs so well with the wines.

The Estate Tasting
Daily from 11:00 am – 5:00 pm
Sit back and relax as we take you through five of our current wine offerings in our elegant Tasting Salon, out on the terrace, or in the courtyard listening to the trickling stream of the reflecting pool. Enjoy and experience our wines while learning more about our vineyards and beautiful property.
Classic Tasting: $10 per person
Reserve Tasting: $20 per person
The Vineyard Tour and Estate Tasting
Daily at 11:00 am & 2:00 pm, weather permitting.
For those who want to explore the Estate further, we offer a tour of the vineyards in our motorized wagon. Up to seven guests are driven on a “back roads” tour, pausing to take in the unparalleled views, while learning about the vines and varietals Michel-Schlumberger is known for. Stop for a moment next to Lake Schlumberger and take in the sights and sounds of nature.
The length of our motorized tour is approximately 45 minutes, after which guests experience a guided tasting of a selection of our Estate-grown current releases.
